Barcelona GSE Summer Schools
The Barcelona Microeconometrics Summer School is organized by the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics from July 5 to July 16, 2010. It is directed by Sergi Jiménez-Martín, Professor of Economics at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Professor Jiménez-Martín is a Barcelona GSE Affiliated Professor.

The Barcelona Banking Summer School will be offered by the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics from June 28 to July 9, 2010. It is directed by Xavier Freixas, Professor in the Department of Economics and Business of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Barcelona GSE Affiliated Professor, and Moshe Kim, Professor of Economics at the University of Haifa and Visiting Professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
The BBSS offers a variety of courses taught by recognized experts in their fields. The courses cover recent developments in different areas of banking, including theoretical and empirical aspects of banking, banking regulation and supervision, financial markets and payments systems. During the courses, the BBSS faculty are available to discuss research ideas and projects with the program participants.
